Default EFI Question.

I was wondering when you do the SE air cleaner kit, they have to tune the carb right? That is the ST 1 kit for the carb then right? We changed the jets and put the thunderslide kit in my sporty, just wondering if the tune up for the Dyna's EFI carb is the download and if it does basically the same thing as the thunderslide kit for the CV carb.........

Default RE: EFI Question.

the HD download is a new map (the AFR settings for the ECU). Depending on what map is loaded, it may or may not be the correct map. Use a SERT, or PC to custom build a map for what your are running (AC, slip-ons, cam, etc).

Default RE: EFI Question.

I just did the AC and what the staeler calls a ST 1 download,I was thinkin of calling and asking what download it is exactly, thanks I wasn't sure if the SERT was what I got, they have made it pretty confusing.....so they have different downloads or maps then? Bike runs fine, just wondering before I decide on an exhaust....
