Yes, if you have a two up seat on there now you will have to move the retention nut from one hole to another or buy another one. Dynas got a remake in 06 which changed the back fender and seat mounting holes so anything from 06 up is compatible with your 08.Except for Wideglides, diferent fender all together, not compatible with anything.

OK, Thanks,I have a 2 up mustang on now but just won a solo on ebay from a 08 street bob,decided to go a different route with the bike, thanks again.

You may want to consider getting it re-contoured - Mean City (a forum sponsor) does nice work.
