The windsheild still fits no problems - it's a Memphis Shades Fats 21"

Any specs or info would be appreciated. The height is does not seem too high, it'd the width of the bars that attracted me to those bars. Any negatives from the project? How high are the knuckles when riding?

Jethro, I've been moving the bars back and forth to find the most comfortable position, and right now they are just a bit forward of the rake of the forks and my knuckles are right at about the top of my shoulders (I'm 5'10"). Your individual setup will affect that - seat, shocks, posture, etc.

I'll have to check on how long all of the cables are and get back with you. We didn't have any major snags with the installation, but it does take some time - I'd say the 8 hours or so the dealers charge for this is about right.

I really like the change to the ride, much better for slower cruising and highway cruising, almost like sitting on a recliner when riding. Now I know why riders like apes

Those apes look great - amazing how bars can change the whole look of the bike. Was looking at hdboobber's with both the apes and the black beach bars - both look cool but give the bike a completely different look (and ride).
