forcewinder question

wondering if the forcewinder could be pointed up instead of forward???

I don't see any reason why not, if it will bolt up. It doesn't have a "ram" effect from pointing forward as some people like to think. For that reason it should be call the Farcewinder.

ive seen softies with a air cleaner pointed up, i would love to have that does the hd heavy breather point up???

Any A/C that fit's the SlopTail shoud fit the Dyna. There all Twin Cam's 88/96's I took a my D & M off my 06 street Bob and put it on my 07 Night Train, It use to be on my Wide Glide... They will turn up or down your choice..

I don't know about the ones for F.I. but the ones for a carb has a cut out in the base and it has to do with the wot fuel feed. there is an orffice that the cut out allows for atmospheric metering. you could check with Nillan racing and they could give you the low down on it.
