I just want to be fair when it comes to how we all talk about the different vendors we deal with.
I bought a chrome DNA pulley from Easter Performance back in May or June. I put about 7,000 miles on it when it broke (26 miles after returning from a 4,000 mile trip... how lucky is that?).
I finally figured out who I bought it from and contacted them.
They contacted DNA and then told me to send it back and they would replace it.
I got my pulley yesterday and I'm a happy camper.
Funny I found thisthread today as I was going to create giving EP some props anyway. They are on the ball so far even with the Holidays so if you need something quick, look to see if they sell it first. Last week I ordered a new headlight from them via ebay. I bought it at night and it was shipped the next day and I had it 2 days after that. Yesterday, I ordered a new set of pegs around or just before lunchtime and by the end of the day I had a tracking email and they had already been shipped. They are due to arrive tomorrow. You can't do it any faster than they do. To me, it's the difference between buying from them again or looking somewhere else. I've also had need to email them with questions about things I purchase and the turnaround is quick and informative. They seem to know the products they sell and that is a good thing too.
It is good to "be fair" about vendors. Both the negative and the positive. Thank s for the heads-up on Eastern.
I thought that was a new light, 2007fxdc. Lookin' good.
The headlight looks sharp man. I think i remember you going with the 4.5" do you regret not going with the bigger light. Basically do you think that the 4.5"er is the right fit with the midsized front end?? Looks good to me.. I was thinking of going that route to, who knows.
I had a good experience with those guys too when ordering V&H sideshots... the came quickly and were dirt cheap. All around good experience. I did remember hearing a negative review on progressive shocks. Funny because that was the next thing on the list to order from those guys

Thanks. No, I like the 4.5 personally but I don't dislike the 5 3/4. Just two differentlooks to choose from - both are kinda sweet IMO.

I don't remember hearing about a bad Progressive shocks from Eastern, but I personally had a bad time with some Progressives from American Classic Motors= Bad news!!
