Blacktop,

How do you like the seat. Is it confortable enough? I know it wont feel like a riding couch but is it bearable?

well as far as comfort goes that can be very subjective depending on each individual's opinion......in my case, I don't have any negative comfort issues with the seat. Its like performance bicycle seats or horse saddles. They are firm and usually minimal by design. If you ride enough your butt gets conditioned to it. In fact, an overly padded seat is more uncomfortable for distant sorties to me than the bare bones. I've spent most of a day on that seat with no ill effects and I don't have alot natural padding in that area (bone butt). In fact, I even changed the seat on my FLHRCI to a minimally padded/firm seat (LePera) for that reason. The seat also allows for a lowered seating position in the frame which I prefer due to positive aero effects. But I as previously mentioned, comfort is very subjective. If you ride enough your butt adjusts.
