I'm going to try Temecula Motorcycle Service, they are listed as a tuning center and dealer.
Just go get you some new nuts they are cheap, you are not gonna hurt the studs. And when you get the new gaskets
switchback to the stockflanges too. When I installed my hookers they leaked badly, all kinds of pops on decell and flames too, I tried and tried and couldnt get it right. I took the flanges off my stock header, slipped the c clamps off and exchanged them for the ones that came with the hookers (had to buy new gaskets because the hookers gaskets were ruined) and put the stock flanges on, tighened them up and presto! Was great, the power was magnificent and not one pop on decell. Save a buck, I bet if you do this your problems will go away.

Did you use the Gaskets they sent with the Reinharts ? If so you should change them to the standard H.D. gaskets ... The Screaming Eagle Exhaust Gaskets are equally as bad.. Use the Standard Gaskets... Almost Leak proof..
Also make sure to zero your throttle. I forget which menu this is under but attach the computer to the pcIII and make sure the computer sees the bike. Go through the drop down menus and you will find an option which says "zero throttle position" Follow these directions. This really helped mine out. I also tuned the pcIII myself to get rid of the popping. There are a ton of threads on this site about this. If you are willing to pay for a dyno tune do it that way. I am too cheap to pay for a dyno tune.
And switch the flanges too. When I installed my hookers they leaked badly, all kinds of pops on decell and flames too, I tried and tried and couldnt get it right. Only thing that came with the Rineharts were the gaskets. I had to use stock flanges and c-clips.
I know you said you don't want to mess with the PC III but just in case you ever get curious and want to try it in the future here is an excellent article thatI read and it helped me understand it better. http://www.ultraboy.us/FuelInjection...02_revised.pdf
