I'd go back and see why you only got 1 fob... the kit's I sell all day long comes with 2 and we Install in about 5 min including the pager if necessary 683328-06 & 68328-06
I have a 2009 Fat Bob with the factory alarm. I bought the Smart Siren II module for it, and tried to follow the instructions to install it. According to the instructions I need to pull the electrical caddy out and tip it up enough to insert the siren without disturbing the wiring. I pulled the bolts on the caddy, and after slowly tucking wires in so they wouldn't catch on the frame, I still couldn't get it out far enough to see where the siren goes. Any hints? Am I going about this wrong? I'd really like to get the siren installed.

On my old bike came with the alarm factory installed and 2 fobs.
My buddy's bike did not come with the alarm, so he had the dealer do it for him. He only got 1 fob. When he asked them about that, they said the kits only come with 1 fob.
It doesn't seem right, he paid the same amout of money for the alarm as I did but mine was listed on the price tag of the bike.

It is tight, but it fits in the back there. I did this on my Wide Glide. It is a pain with all the wiring in there.
Do I just keep working it to get the caddy out far enough? I'm worried about disconnecting something by mistake. I was beginning to think the instructions had it in the wrong place for the Fat Bob. They say to tip it up, so I will be inserting it from the top edge?
I did the smart siren on my 05 ultra in a bout 20 mins, marrying the fob/pager to the system was pretty simple. turm on the igntion, do some with with the signals and off I went, similar to setting up your factory alarm with a by pass code
