I sat here in Texas for about 45 minutes trying different ones and they all were taken. We are only allowed 5 letters. I even tried the "05" in there and they were still gone. FXDCI - 05FXD - HDFXD - and many more.
I ended up going for the "God Bless America" plates with the American flag and Eagle with my first name and last initial. That works because I am not always politically correct, don't wanna be, never will be. I respect other religions, but prefer my own, and I am very pro-America and very pro-Texas.
Evidently, there are a lot of personalized bike plates in Texas.
I would go with 08 BOB. I would stay away from using the 8's as b's (FAT 808) because at first glance, it looks like eight hundred eight. If others don't know it's a FAT BOB, they might be scratching their heads. I went thru the same dilemma with my Fat Bob here in VA.
Can you use FAT and then your first name if you can fit it in 3-4 letters? Or maybe FAT and your initials. I almost went with FAT DAN, for example. Good luck with the plate.
I ended up going with Watie.

Thinking about a personalized plate for the FAT BOB. Anybody got any other suggestions/thoughts?
