Default Fitting Silencers to 2008 Dyna
I would like to know if anyone has fitted aftermakret silencers to a 2008 Dyna without fitting any other items such as Stage 1 air filter or fuel device and does the bike run OK with only the silencers changed

It can be done, but it's not recommended. When you change the factory exhaust it changes how lean your motor runs. It won't necessarily hurt anything in the short term, but you will lose performance, bike could run hot, foul plugs, etc.
