What idle speed do most of you guys like,and what dose most mays suggest thanks??

Don't know what bike you have but I go by the books on later models. 950-1050 rpms. It's not so much what I like, but what the bike likes.

yeah i like the way it sounds idled way down almost to where it cuts off but then talking to the indy that does my work told me the won't have enough oil pressure idled this low and when its hot and you end up in traffic could do a hole lot of damage.

Exactly - Twin Cams just don't sound like shovels, and idling them down to make them lope is dangerous.
