WHATS YOUR BIKES SWEET SPOT?
My 07 superglide likes to run 80-85 mph in 6th gear,its where everthing comes together.The mirrors are clear,the whole bike is smooth and the motor sounds right.I have no idea what the rpms are sinceI don't have a tach.I'mprobably gonna get a ticket since there are a lot of cops here in sw OH.

That sounds about right to me, also unsure of the RPMs since I still don't have a tach either. With the sound of the engine around 85 thats where I try and run the beast all day long, but in traffic it's difficult. The bike just sounds mean and ready to snap off the line...i love it!

If 85 is the sweet spot, I'll have to settle for semi-sweet. I don't mind running 85 on an Interstate if circumstances require and/or permit it but I ain't lookin to go that hard and fast at a steady rate. Accidents at that speed tend to nullify the effects of helmets, and bones for that matter...

I don't know the sweet spot yet, but I do know that I get all kinds of shakes at 20mph or so. Smooths out over that for sure.

can't seem to keep mine under 85 on anything that looks like a freeway so I would say my sweet spot is 85/100 and yes I know it's illegal (cop already pointed that out to me) my mirrors are fine at that speed unless I take my hand off to wave
