My guess would be N. Va.?
That's why I got out of there 2 years ago, twice the house for1/3 the money in Pa..
Crazy down there, just crazy.

Yeah, I feel the pain, got a few hundred miles in last week, ain't gonna happen for a while now.

Yep...Fairfax Co... The house has 6 B/R, 5Baths.. Pool, Detached Garage 40' x 60' Heated and A/C.. And Inlaw Suite... It's still priced too high for todays market.. It'll sell in the mid to low 900's..

I'm not going to respond with any specifics about the weather here Southeast of Houston. But, I do feel sorry for all of you who have to store your bikes for the winter (such a foreign concept to me).
I guess it's a trade-off because I ride in 100 degree heat in the summer. Makes traffic almost unbearable.

Yeah, people tend to forget how hot it is in the summer in the places where winter riding is bearable and nice at times.

Lived in Florida and Texas, it was the rush hour traffic that was a killer at over 100 degrees.

Pros and cons no matter where you live.

My friggin heart bleeds for you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is what its looked like around here since November! The last time I saw 78 was in early September.

Sitting on the bike in the garage just isn't the same as ridin her! That and the kids and the little woman keep teasing me. It got up to 42 a few weeks ago and I went for a ride when she was taking a nap. She was standing in the driveway when I pulled back in and I thought she was gonna kill me. Says I was being stupid! Go figure.
