great ride good deal. I picked up my superglide custom a few months back for $9900 with 2K on the odometer. Great deals are out there!!

Like everybody else has said, that's a heck of a deal! Time to start racking up some miles and make up for lost time. I can say with authority that a 2005FXD is a great bike.

BTW, you ought to check out expy's thread on red powder coating once the mod bug hits...Can youremove the pillion and goto a solo setup with that seat? If so, you already have two bikes in one (especially with the detachable windshield).

The pillion comes off, but the sissy bar is a rigid mount. I'd like to get the taller sissy bar with the narrow backrest pad so I can put one of those large sissy bar packs to put on it. I just bought a fork tool bag, now to get some tools to put in it.
