the fender is from Custom works got it at a damn good price and had it painted for what harley wanted for the stock one painted, Got the whole bike repainted at Peter Welber's he is a damn good painter well known in NC for his custom work he has been in easy rider serval times. I also got a PCIII for it I think it is partly becuase I havn't ridin in almost 5 months but the bike feels like a whole new bike it has alot more power then it used to I am pretty sure some of it is becase it has been so long since I have been on it but I think some of it is from the pipes and the PCIII.

NO it wouldn't it's called gettign a high estamite done at the dealer and then going to a local shop and getting everything done for half the cost and then spending the rest on the goodies!!
