Yes and Yes... But I didn't relocate my signals due to the easybrackets. They were in the way of the bags I installed. And I didn't care for the look of the signals. Love the brackets...

I like them just fine, went for a ride with them empty and no rattling and never knew they were there. I think they are 16" across the top.

THe Easy Brackets for an '06 or later WG don't require relocation of the turn signals. they work great. i got some of the less expensive HD bags and am very pleased.

i have a 05 and had to replace rear lights to back hole the concept is great but mine rattle like hell and the co. said there is no fix maybe for 06 they changed, but i just keep them rarely do i put bags on but if i have to there there
