You need to upload your photo to somewhere like photobucket. From the link in your signature, it looks like you have already done that. Make sure your picture is sized to the requirements of this site for a sig pic. In photobucket, click the photo you want to use. On the bottom right you should see several different links. One of them will say "IMG code". Select that one and "copy" it to your clipboard. Close photobucket and go to your profile and paste it to your signature. Once you have pasted it, you will need to edit the tags at the beginning and end of your link. Replace [IMG] with [IMG] and replace [/IMG] with [/IMG]. Go to the bottom and click apply and then go down and click okay and you should be done. Be sure to close the image in photobucket before trying to view it here or else it won't show up here until it's closed (unlocked) on photobucket.
