To wait or not to wait that is the question
I see bikes at the stealerships all the time with these Items already installed new...
If you don't buy this stuff at the dealer then why do they say to wait til after break in period.

Yes, you are right, sometimes dealers customize bikes including those components before they are even sold new. And, IMO, there is nothing wrong with doing a stage1 on your bike as well before the first service at 1k miles. However, I think you may want to hold off on having the bike dyno-tuned until after it is broken in and/or has reached the 1st service level. So, change the a/c and the pipes and go ahead and install the PCIII but use a "canned" map on the PCIII for your setup. Then, have it fine-tuned on a dyno after or as part of your first service work.
