Hi,
I own a 2007 Dyna Superglide Custom FXDC,i was wondering will the following seat fit my Dyna,2005 Dyna Superglide SE seat,or if you know any other year that fits my Dyna or model, your help would be great in this matter.
Cheers
Wolfy
someone made an 07-08 seat fit their 04-05 by cutting out underneath a couple areas of the seat... Don't know if it could go the other way though.. maybe find a dealer with a used 05 who would be nice enough to let you match the seat up to your bike and see if you can get an older model seat on there by modifying it a little bit.( not that they'll let you modify the seat but maybe can see how it might be done)
An 04-05 seat will physically attach to an 06+ however it leaves a gap of approximately 1.5" between the bottom of the seat and the bike frame. I tried one on mine and while it did sort of fit, I personally didn't like the look of the gap it left.
Just my $.02.
