Check out Davida. They do a massive range of 'classic' style helmets in many designs including 'Captain America'. They're hand made in England. They're very good quality and have a hand cut, soft leather interior that gets better with age. With real leather the interior is comfortable in all climates. Check out their web site:

It must be my imagination, but their "Jet" helmet reminds me an awful lot of the baskets used in "Spaceballs"
