tranny dipstick hex size

anybody know what the size is? don't want to buy two or three to get the right one.

It's a 3/8". Do yourself a favor and buy a whole set of ball end allen wrenches, you'll use the other sizes too.

Just go to HD and get a set. Home Depot that is... A set of SAE is like 10 bucks...

Or just get the chrome transmission dipstick and check it by hand when you want.

I agree, buy both. Thanks guys.
Boy, Harley sure knows how to get ever last dollar out of you. If you buy the chrome tranny dipstick it gonna look funny next to the matte silver oil dipstick, unless of course you buy the chrome oil dipstick, battery cover, etc.......
