Pastah, I see you have the signals on the clamps now. I have the same set up and didin't care for it much untill I put Smoked lenseson and painted the inside of the signals black.
Changes it a whole bunch and would look good with your black paint too.

Headwinds has a turn signal mounting bracket that affixes to the bottom of the lower triple trees ... I think for about $150 or less. I haven't seen anyone on the forum who has tried one, but about a year or so ago, I saw an install on a Fat Boy or Heritagein American Iron magazine. The one on the Fat Boy had optional extensions that mounted the spot lights, too. It was a really clean look. My turn signals are still on my bars--for now,while I contemplate the options
