I feel different. The old Suburban in Palatine was nothing but lies. I bought my bike and one other only for the price. The service and parts dept. blows. I go to Chicago HD and get 20%off HD parts and 15% off aftermarket. I have had all my service done in Glenview and if I was broke down in front of Suburban I would tow it to Chicago HD in Glenview.
Walker HD in Pacific Junction Iowa. They are tops! Great people all around and they go out of their way to help. Great location- I-29 and I-80 near Omaha.. Its an easy place to hit when going to SD or Milwaukee this August.
Seacoast Harley in North Hampton,NH $UCKS!!! Lousy customer service and will try to screw ya for all you are worth coming and going! Manchester,NH Harley is decent and have good customer service, theirprices on bikes are a little high though.
bumpus harley in Murfreesboro TN, great staff and owner. As big as the place is, its not beyond Tom Bumpus from walking around talking to customers and every member of the staff i have delt with knows me by name. they even go the distince to tell me when they don't like a HD product or don't recomend it.
I'm glad to see this post is still going. It's great to give props to the good dealerships out there and to point out the not so good to us, the customers. Good job folks!
Ocean State Harley Davison in Warwick Rhode Island treated me very well I bought my first bike there and if you buy a bike there they do the first 1000 mile service for free and I only paid what they paid for the bike couldn't be more satisfied.
