Some people like them, but they change the suspension angle and I don't trust them. I will just get new shocks when I get around to lowering mine. You can find some used street bob shocks on the cheap on ebay which are a little shorter than yours, or get progressives for under $200.

They must not be very popular if they don't even have a picture of them on a bike.

I have some on my bike. I got them when I first got the bike and didn't really ride that much.
They work, but my problem is that I bottom out too much. I have the short and fat disease.
I'm going to replace them with 11" heavy duty. If you don't ride two up or skinny, then they could work.
If the price stays low then they could be a temp fix. Otherwise save up the money like wild bill said,
buy some st. bob take offs or some progressives. From personal experience, bottoming out at high speed is
not fun.

Of course that is just my opinion, I could be wrong.

i have heard of it braking the mounting point on the swing arm especially with the weight of two up. and most of them kits new will run 100 plus. so i got the 412hd 11in for 189 from EP and turn around and sold my stock shocks for 50 so for a few dollars more than the lowering kit i had piece of mind.

Where are these sold for less than $200?

you can see pictures on the manufacturer's web site: http://www.tamarackmw.com/tamarackmw.htm

i didn't want to change out my shocks cause the stock ones on my fxdx are really well made, so i put the 2" lowering blocks on a couple weeks ago. 500 miles later i've had no problems.
