I enjoy Hef's as much as the next guy, but IPA's are too damn hoppy I think.
Domestics have their place as well, like if you have relatives or friends come over. Or maybe the dog's thristy.

This is tough, as I prefer the UK ales I've encountered there on visits over the years. The problem is you cannot get them here, even in bottle form, for the most part. In cooler seaons, it's Guinness. In the warmer months, Sol, Corona or an occasional Beck's is good.

- Timothy Taylor's Landlord
- Black Sheep Bitter
- York Terrier Ale

- Guinness (it IS better there, don't think what we get is the same)
