alright, now it's starting to hit!....who's with me? ....i can't stand it.... sounds pathetic, but i'm going to bed at night obsessed over when i'm going to ride.... when i get bored, i go out to my garage and just stare at it.... wipe it down a bit.... sit on it....admiring the winter mods.....then back inside to go online and see what else i can spend money on to make it either look or perform better.... wife asks, "what's wrong?" ...and..."are you okay?" .....i just smile, sigh, and say to myself, "you don't understand" (i think she does, in a way, though...)
Yeah...me too. I lubed my cables today...this weather and waiting to do anything outside is killing me slowly....[:@] Just tell the wife: "if I have to explain it...you wouldn't understand"
I'm definately with you. My last ride of the year was a couple of hours before the Super Bowl. I ran to the mall to pick up snacks for the game. Now I go out every weekend and start it and let it idle for awhile. Sit on it and wipe it down, etc. The other night I had a dream about riding. Man, I can't wait for spring.
Sheeeeet! Cabin fever just hittin' ya now? Been seriously depressed from the long snowy winter since early January and just got another 6" this morning of that white crap. Seems like all I do is eat, shovel, sleep, dream. At least I've lost 8 lbs from all the exercise, but the 8' snow banks in my driveway aren't disappearing any time soon! Haven't ridden since early November, if I remember right, and then it was only a freezing cold short hop to a friends and back. Think I may have forgotten how to ride! Let's see now, left is brake, right clutch? No, other way around ....hmmmm?
Man, billyboy, I think I'm in need of some serious help and a whole lot of practicing before I dare leave the garage! Well, looks like I'll have at least another month and a half or so, maybe I can make a board track in my garage after I get all the crap outta there and keep goin' round and round!
Heard they make them spiked knobby tires for murdersicles, maybe we oughta get some of them and take up ice racin'?
thinking of booking me self into a learn to ride school, now there's an idea chipstah you get yer self to sunny climates and l send you a load of brits who wanna ride harleys in sunny weather, let the $$$$ role in
