Need Help with connnector

Need Help with connnector
Lost ! can anyone out there tell where this connector (look at the pics) fastens to ( I know it doesn't plug into anything on my bike) However there is a friction pin that holds it somewhere on the frame
I installed a chrome battery cover and discovered that this plug was just hanging there frying against the exhaust

Will for some reason the pics didn't make it ........ anyway it's the plug that hangs by the battery box on an 07 FXD no clue where to fasten it

i might be wrong (probably am) but i believe that is what you would connect to the optional HD security alarm siren if you had it

It doesn't plug into anything (it's capped off ) it fastens somewhere to the frame to hold it in place, thats what I can't figure out, it's on an 07 FXD.
