Default Dyna Turn Indicator Blues!

I purchased a '99 Lowrider and the gentleman that owned it before me pulled the Turn Signals off the bike. WA state requires them if the bike was manufatured with them. No indicators looks kind of cool but I would like to have them back on the bike. When he removed them he just snipped the wiring and I hope with some soldering I will be OK. I have 3 of the indicators but I am missing one of the rears. Part is on order. I am waiting until I have it all before starting the work.I also ordered a shop manual. My question to anyone who might know. The wiring harness. I take it the wiring for the rear is loacated in the fender supports. I also want to relocate the fronts to the Forks. Has anyone done this for themselves? Any roadblocks or heads up I should be aware of? Thanks in advance!

On mine the rear signals are wired to the tail light. The front signal relocation is easy - you will just need to clean up the extra wires. With mine I just pushed the extra wire into the frame with the harness.

If you use marine grade crimp/shrink connectors they will work fine. You crimp then heat with a bic lighter and the plastic shrinks over both wires creating a watertight seal. If it will take the pounding and weather a Cigarette boat gets on Lake Erie it will work on your signals
