Default BEST way to remove this (see pic)...?

The MoCo writing on the front frame, under the VID. Anyone know thebest way to remove this? paint over it?

I know some have done it.

Pick at a corner to get it started, then peelit off (both of them). Use WD-40 to remove any residue.

If its a sticker I would think a hot air gun or a hair dryer might work for ya!

I used automotive decal and adhesive remover. You can get it at most major brand auto parts stores. Sprays on, bubbles up, wipes off, and won't hurt the paint.

put the hair dryer on it for a few min and it will peel right off.

then clean up with WD-40 or goo gone...

zippo lighter fluid will not harm the paint and remove all residue.

Don't remove the VIN number unless you want to get possibly really hassled by the police if they want you to prove ownership of your bike. OR if some yahoo steals it and they need to identify it. I do believe it is a federalmotor vehicle registration requirement. I know all cages are required to have visiblevin numbers.

FWIW, the VIN is also stamped into the right side of the neck, and painted white, on mine. Turning the bars full left shows it plainly.
