Default Engine Hiss

Hello

I was riding my 06 dyna (1450) today and was riding it quite hard, and when I stopped the engine

It was starting to Hiss as well clicking, is the hissing anything to worry about

Does it do any damage riding it hard, (hard acceleration as posed to high top speeds)

Is there anything which i can to help protect it for hard riding ?

Any help would be great

Cheers

John

I had the same hissing sound. I found it was the fuel injectors. Right now my stealer is looking at them. hopefully I will have some good news that they can be replaced under warranty.

I have the hiss while riding - fuel injectors, huh? I'm guessing that's not normal? Guess I'll have to have mine checked out as well.

Here's a THEORY, maybe it's air in the tank being forced out by the gas expanding from the engine heat heating up the bottom of the tank? Like I said it's just a SWAG.
