BUTWHEN I MOVED TO THEFRONT MOUNTING BOLT MY ALLEN WRENCH FIT IT AND ICOULD NOT GET IT TO BUDGE...THEN I PUT AN TORX HEAD SOCKET ON AND IT FIT, MUST HAVE BEEN A TORX FROM THE GET GO. AND SINCE I USED AN ALLEN HEAD IT MAYHAVE MESSED UP THESTAR SHAPE JUST A HAIR. BUT THE TORXDID NOT REMOVE IT EITHER...
I DONT KNOW WHY THIS LITTLE BOLT IS SO DERNTIGHT... I SPRAYED IT WITH SOME PB BLASTER... STILL NOTHING!!!
WELL NOW I AM AFFRAID IF I GIVE IT A LOT OF MUSCLE I MAY STRIP THE HOLE OUT ANDNOTHING WOULD FIT IT...
If you figure it out, let me know. When I removed my rear wheel to install a pulley cover, I had the same problem. The manual says to remove the belt guard. I got the rear bolt out no problem but couldn't get the front to budge. I didn't force it because I figured out that I could just move the belt guard over enough to do what needed to be done without removing it completely. If you've rounded it off enough that you can't get anything to fit it well enough to put some force on it, you may need to drill it out and replace it.
Here is what I would suggest.
If your bike has rear passenger pegs, remove the peg mount and the belt cover will come off with the mount (if you have removed the rear cover bolt)
Use a Dremel with a 1" cutoff wheel and cut a slot in the head of the fastener. Get a LARGE standard screwdriver(flat, not phillips) preferrably with a square shank. Put a wrench or crescent wrench on the square shank and start twisting. CCW - leftie loosey
Or you could leave it mounted, cut the slot in the fastener, and use the screwdriver as a chisel and tap it with a hammer.
Let me know

I haven't had to remove that particular bolt but I have had luck removing various stuck bolts on my bike with a heat gun and some tapping directly on the bolt head.
Just did this exact same thing this past weekend. There is locktite on the bolt threads. I ended carving a horizontal slot in the head of the bolt with a Dremel cutting wheel, diamond cutter. Used a flat chisel to widen the slot and then tried a flat screw driver to back it out. Even then the screw wouldn't budge so I used a hammer and chisel to push down on the left side, then half of the bolt head came off, so then I hammered up on the top half, from the right side until it broke loose, then just tapped it around until I could remove it the rest of the way with my thumb and finger. Thankfully, didn't damage the chrome cover. Just be patient!
