No you did not get ripped. You got the HD stage 1 download which you probably needed and the average going rate is $150. But try a set of the Nightrider IED's and your bike will cool down. They cost like $80 and take about an hour to install. Go to the tuner/ecm threads to find them.

I don't know much about rineharts,but do you have baffles or are they pretty much straight? If there's no baffles or anything in the muffler, a bike will usually pop on decell due to the sucking in of cold air and mixing with the hot air coming out.
