I cut down my front fender a couple years ago and I like the look, but it does throw up a rooster tail that hits me in the face when I ride in the rain.
I do like the look, even like the look of no front fender. But, after my run in with yellow road striping paint a couple weeks ago, I am keeping my fender!!
IMHO, running fenderless is plain stupid and your mod is not much better.
Yup, just crazy azz stupid to run w/o a fender! LOL! Stupid me, what was I thinking?
Suppose next you'll tell me riding w/o a helmet is stupid, too?
Let's face it folks. Riding is stupid. We could all be safe and secure in our cages, so why ride? I see lots of mod on bikes that aren't my style, but it would never occur to me to call them stupid! My bike, my choice. Your bike, your choice. If I don't mind getting a spray of water and road debris in my face once in a while, then why would that be a problem for you ezridergph?
