Update: I am having the dealer install Vance & Hines Big Radius pipes and an Air cleaner and some kind of software module, pick it up Friday or Saturday, I'm excited about it!

Good choices. I was going to say stage 1 is NOT mandatory to get good sound but it sounds like you already took the plunge. You'll be happy with the stage 1. Just resist the urge to ride it like you stole it until it has broken in a little. The "software module" is most likely the HD Stage 1 download. I hear it tends to still run the bike a little on the lean side. Check your plugs at some point and make sure they aren't white. A lot of us save the money on the download and apply it to a fuel management device or tuner that can later be adjusted to keep up with any changes you make later on. But many do the download too. I'm confident you'll be pleased with the ride - especially on a dyna. Congrats.
