[align=left]I have the 07 FXd with 11000km. Service manual does not say when to replace exhaust so does anybody know when you should replace exhaust? [/align]

Unless there is something wrong with the exhaust, or you desire a different sound/look... I'm not aware of any requirement to change the exhaust after a certain amount of time or miles...

I didn't even have a mile on it before I replaced mine. They don't lastvery long.

Personal prefrence, I guess. You don't have to unless there is a serious functional problem. I like every other person I know have changed for sound, performance and look. Also when I got the $$$$.

I'm pretty sure mine went out on the way home, from purchasing the bike. They just dont make them like they used too.........
I feel so thankful I made it home safetly.....

When the muffler bearings wear out. But be careful, only use genuine HD muffler bearing lube or it will void your warranty.

Mine broke on the way home as well, 14 miles on her and they broke!
