What is the widest rear tire I can run on a 2001 fxd? Can I go with a 200 if I change the fender and struts or just a 180? Would I have to do a complete kit to put a 200 on the bike? Thanks

Stock rear is 130/90B 16". To go to 200 you'd probably needMAJOR work, swingarm and tin to say the least. I think you can go to a 140 without any significant changes but no bigger.
