Default Which pipes ???

Help can anybody tell me which pipes will run leaner?

1) V & H Big Shot Staggered.
2) V & H Short Shots.

Im talking to a PCIII (certified tuner)to get tuned, and I was asking the above question to him.

The guy is telling me that the V&H BSS will run leaner.
Im not sure I agree with that statement.

V&H SS are shorter, so in my mind they have less resistance and let more air flow, therefore letting the bike run leaner.

Any input is helpful. I definately do not want to make a mistake with this guy, and have him screw my bike up.

Less fuel in makes a bike run leaner.
Pipes don't make a bike run leaner.
Maybe he meant that there is less backpressure.

with the Short shots you'll lose some of your low end. Either wayyou should remap to get the most out of them.
