I don't know about chrome being faster...polished chrome would be more aero dynamic. That flat black paint would have more wind resistance.
Also, Harleys weren't built for speed....I wanna be seen so I go nice and slow so they can see my bike!!
However, I would be open to any scientific data that would prove black to be the faster color.

Hey FatBob, think you could post some pic's of your bike?
I've got a denim black Fat Bob coming in June and was wondering what it would look like all chromed out.....
I was planing on getting the inner & outer primary in chrome but the chrome guy at the dealer thought it wouldn't look good w/denim black.....

The OL is out of town visitin family back in CO...she's got the camera...remember, I'm still early on in the habit so I've only been accessorizing in certain areas
