The front end was a direct bolt-on. The rear took a little work. The left axle spacer had to be cut down to 1-5/16" and an aftermarket pulley was required for things to align properly. I want to keep spare front and rear wheel assemblies on hand, so I ordered a spare spacer from HD ($8.00) and had it cut by a local shop.
There's plenty of room between the fenders for a 200mm tire. The 1-1/8" belt is VERY close to the 180 tire now. I assume if I want to go to a 200, I'll need a narrow pulley with an offset from the hub.
I like the look and the ride is great. The Cobras are nice tires, although I'm not sure what kind of tread life to expect. The front end is way more stable with the 120 tire.
