I just ordered mine from Zanotti's HD $ 139.32 + $ 16.09 shipping.

Was going to get it from american motor classic but... well I did not understand why I could not just pick it up in a day or so since I live like a mile away.
I have ordered lots of parts from Zanotti's and never had any issues.

I ordered mine on Ebay. I can't remember the vender but I paid $129 for it. Can't remember what shipping was, probably $100 with my luck.
