I am thinking of painting my fat bob...it has a paint chip and some scratches and i have all the tools i need and my dad is an excellent painter...so why not paint the scoot..... the problem is that im trying to decide whether i want to stay with red or go with a custom color.... does anyone know how to use microsoft paint to change the color of a picture....im trying but i think im missing something....any help is greatly appreciated....
