Hello
I would like to paint the battery band to match the denim black look. Anybody know what my best choice of paint to match. I was also considering powder coating it but I dont want it to come out shinny...is there a mat finish powder coat? What would be my best option?

I painted mine to match the black wrinkle paint. Just used an HD rattle can. Worked great, you can't tell it isn't a factory finish. You could do the same with black denim. HD has the rattle cans of that as well. I sanded the aluminum band really well and used POR 15 metal etch and POR 15 primer. Good luck.
