I emailed my dealer, and here's the answer I got...
Donna, not sure how many Wide Glides were produced in 2003 and they weren’t numbered. If you look at the last 6 numbers on the vehicle identification number they are in sequential number however not by model just by all bikes made. They did make a lot of bikes in 03.
