I think you should wait and see what the 2010s are like... or maybe even the 2011s. heck, you don't want to rush into anything, do you? why not wait and just watch life go by. maybe you could show up at your local Hog chapter and watch them leave on a run.... or ...

Have your dealer see if there are any bikes they can get in 08. Probably get a good deal. My dealer found my SB for me, the one I wanted and I got it. You can wait on the 09's but what for really? Tough choice but I'd get one NOW! Good luck.

Not to speak for Mike but according to his profile he already has a 2007 xl1200c. He might be riding every day already and just wants to wait for the perfect model to upgrade to.
