Phat Performance Parts
Has anyone done business with these folks ? If so, were they reliable and delivered as advertised ? I am getting ready to order some new shocks and Phat Performance Parts is about $100.00 below Progressive. Any feedback ?

I've used them a few times in the past without complaint. I would suggest sending them an email prior to ordering to check availability. They have always been very responsive & informative when I have done so.

i have... they are good... ANthony is the head of the sales dept and he and i work together on alot of the ordering i do for customers bikes.... he goes out of his way to make sure that i get what i need and when i need it... however... be sure you know what you need! their tech and fitment dept is lacking a bit... i have ordered spokes from them that where WAY off when they where supposed to fit, then when the package is open they charge you a 12% to re stock them and 10% to re package them... do not get me wrong... i am not saying that is not fair... that is just the way things are... good company

I ordered progressive 440's from them, they shipped 418's in error, called them up, told them the problem they immediately fed-exed the right ones, e-mailed a call tag for the 418's and all was good. A lesser company would have waited until they got the 418's back before shipping the correct pair. I have ordered from them many times since, low prices and fast shipping and never a problem since. FYI, I usually cross reference part # on other sites before ordering just to make sure.

Eastern Performance has better prices on 412's and pay shipping.

I have ordered many thing from them. \\; I think they probably have the best customer service. \\; Even when the RC wheels I ordered for my SB were not going to get to me when they predicted, \\;they were in constant contact with me not just letting me hang. \\;Definitely email ahead as was stated \\;by hd_sob \\;to verify stock. \\;

I ordered progressive shocks from them\\; the order arrived with in a reasonable time frame and was correct. Not single complaint from me. I would certainly order from them again.
