Good for them.&nbsp\\; If OPD is violating the 80 dec. mandate, it makes it easier for the rest of us to do the same.&nbsp\\; We have too much government involvement in our every day lives as it is.&nbsp\\; If a public office can break the rules, maybe the public can too.
