I live roughly ten miles from the dealer. I plan on installing Vance and Hines pipes and a Big Sucker intake at home. I don't have the patience/smarts to do the tuner at home. Per the dealer it would be ok to ride the bike to them for the dyno work and the installation of the Super Tuner. Do you guys think I would hurt the motor running it \\;lean for the 10 miles, 15 minute commute? There are four stop lights but most of the time is spent \\;cruising at 55mph. Or should I rent a trailer to be safe?

Thanks
You could ride it for a month or two and probably not have any problems except for the bike running a little hot. Ten miles wont even be noticed \\; by the bike.

 \\; + 1 ..you won't damage anything if that is your concern.
As mentioned before, I don't think you'll be doing any damage unless you ride for quite a while without tuning it and/or by going all out on the throttle.
The only thing that might occur is some blueing of the pipes (not of the heat shields, though) , but it just depends. \\;
I rode mine out to the dealership 30 mins away to have it tuned with no problem.
