Glad \\; to give ya a laff Jimmy. \\; Thing is, I've owned 7 H-D's and haven't spent a penny modding any of them. \\; I have spent some bucks putting my last bike, an '82 FXE, back to bone-stock configuration though. \\; My philosophy is: If I don't like it the way it comes from the factory, then I just don't get it in the first place. \\;

The most modern and only brand new Harley \\;I've owned so far was an '03 RK. \\; Kept it factory stock and sold it about a \\;year later. \\; I got what I paid for it less taxes. \\; To me, mods and bling are a monumental waste. \\;

These bikes are grossly overpriced to begin with, I'm not giving the MOCO or their dealers another cent after I pay for it and drive it off the lot.
