2003 FXDWG Limited edition?

2003 FXDWG Limited edition?
I am looking at an '03 FXDWG that the owner says is a limited edition. It says that the number on the side of the tank says it is number 95 of 120. It is green with ghost flames. I have heard that the number only says what paint scheme it is and that there can be MANY #95 bikes because it has that paint scheme. The guy is asking $13K for it. I have tried to find info on this to prove to the bank that it is a limited edition but they say it is nothing special and go by the NADA book to get me the loan value. Is there any way to tell if this is truely a real limited edition bike or is it just a run of the mill FXDWG with numbered tins and nothing special? Thanks

The 95/120 on the tank is #95 out of 120 that have that paint scheme. \\;The bike isnt necessarly "limited edition" but the paint is limited a limited production.

The price doesnt seem too bad. \\; I got my 03 wide glide for 10k about 3 months ago. \\; \\;It \\;had 16k miles on it.

So that means that there are 119 other bikes out there that look exactly like that one? (Paint scheme) But not the only one of the 120 limited edition that got that phantom ghost flames on a green bike? The guy who owns it was trying to claim it was more rare than it is saying that they made 120 different paint schemes and this is the only one that got that color combo. Is yours with any special paint or just the standard black/silver that I see a lot of them in? This one has the screamin eagle pipes, the big motor, the alarm system, the removeable windshield, aftermarket seat, but comes with all the factory stuff that was removed before he ever rode the bike.
