Default Timing cover install

Waiting for new timing cover to arrive&nbsp\\;and was wondering if&nbsp\\;anyone has&nbsp\\;the torque value for the timing cover screws for an 08? I searched througth the forum and I saw 24 in. lbs mentioned once just wanted check with some others.

i'm sure the instructions will say.&nbsp\\; there isn't anything behind the timer cover, it is simply for decoration, so you aren't dealing with any sealing surface/ gasket etc. I just installed mine by hand and didn't worry about any torque specs.

you don't need to worry about torque values for that... there's nothing there behind it....just tighten them down
